Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you are welcome to checkout as a "Guest". However, we recommend creating an account to save your addresses for a faster experience, track your order history, and access exclusive member-only previews.

Can I change or add items to my order after checking out?
Please reach out to our team via WhatsApp (+20 103 713 5137) immediately if you wish to update your order. Once an order is processed, changes may no longer be possible.
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
As we focus on unique designs and premium fabric runs, many of our pieces are produced in focused batches to maintain the highest quality. You can ask our team for information on future restock.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across all governorates in Egypt.
Which couriers do you use?
We partner with J&T Express for reliable, door-to-door delivery across the country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: usually 1–3 business days.
Other Governorates: 2–7 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?
For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout. Once the package has been handed to the courier, we are unable to redirect it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS.

PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer two main ways to pay:
Full Prepayment: Pay for your entire order (product(s) + shipping) in advance via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash for prioritized processing.
Cash on Delivery (CoD): Pay the shipping fee in advance via InstaPay/Vodafone Cash, and pay the remaining balance for the product(s) in cash to the courier upon arrival.
Note: Credit/Debit card processing is coming soon.
How do I send my payment proof?
After transferring via InstaPay (@huda.ebrahim) or Vodafone Cash (01037135137), please send a screenshot of the transaction and your Order Number to our WhatsApp (+20 103 713 5137) or email (contact@huda-modesty.com).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy and security. For manual transfers, we only require the transaction screenshot to verify your order.

Every product page features a dedicated Size Chart specific to that design. Because our products are unique, we highly recommend checking the measurements for each item before purchasing.
