The "On-the-Spot" Return Policy
To provide a streamlined experience and maintain the integrity of our garments, we operate an on-the-spot return policy:
  • If you are not satisfied with an item, it must be handed back immediately to the same delivery agent who brought it.
  • Once the delivery agent has left your door step, a return or exchange is no longer possible.
 
Eligibility for Returns
For a return to be accepted on-the-spot, the item must be:
  • In the same condition you received it (unworn and unused).
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.
  • Carefully folded: Items must be folded in the same manner they were received to prevent damage during the return transit.
 
Partial Returns
If you ordered multiple products but choose to keep only some:
  • You may return the unwanted items to the delivery agent on the spot.
  • Please note that a return shipping fee will be charged for the items sent back.
 
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to:
  • Return the original item to the delivery agent on-the-spot.
  • Place a separate new order through the website for the desired size or product.
 
Damaged or Faulty Items
Every piece undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
  • Please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
  • Returns after the delivery agent has left are only considered in the rare case of a manufacturing fault that was not visible during the initial inspection.
 
Refunds
Once a return is accepted and inspected at our facility:
  • We will notify you of the status of the refund.
  • The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
