Processing & Timelines
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly to ensure timely arrival.
  • Delivery: Typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your address. Please note that local public holidays (such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha) are excluded from this timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. Tracking information is sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
Payment Options & Order Processing
We offer two methods to finalize your order. Please choose the one that best suits your preference:
  1. Full Prepayment (Fastest Processing): You may choose to pay for your entire order (products + shipping) in advance. Orders that are fully prepaid are prioritized for immediate packing and dispatch.
  2. Cash on Delivery (CoD): If you prefer to pay upon arrival, we require the shipping fee to be paid in advance to secure the delivery. The remaining balance for the product(s) will then be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
  3. Credit and Debit Cards: Will be added soon.
How to Complete Your Payment
For both Full Prepayment and Advance Shipping Fees for CoD, we accept the following payment methods:
IMPORTANT: After completing your transfer, please send a screenshot of the payment proof along with your Order Number to our team via WhatsApp or email. Your order will be moved to "Processing" status immediately upon verification of the transfer.
 
Arrival & Inspection
To maintain our quality standards, we ask that you inspect the fit and finish of your items while the delivery agent is present. This ensures that you are fully satisfied with the condition and sizing of your purchase before the transaction is finalized.
